Kivotos has no standardized Room or Suite type, as each one of our 39 Rooms and Suites is totally unique in its lay-out and design.

All of our Rooms and Suites feature all the amenities and luxuries that can be found in a five star hotel such as Satellite TV, CD player, IPOD dock (Suites only) as well as a fully stocked mini bar with premium brands. In addition to the above, all of our accommodations offer: Wireless Internet access free of charge, Luxury toiletries, bed linen and bathroom towels of the highest quality and fresh fruits and flowers daily.

Standard Rooms

Double bedroom, dressing table, bathroom with either a bathtub or shower, ground floor, furnished terrace with garden view.

Superior Rooms

Double bedroom, living area with a comfortable couch, bathroom with either a bathtub or shower, furnished balcony or terrace with sea view.

Junior Suites

Queen bedroom, open plan stylish living area, Jacuzzi bathroom that in most cases features a glass roof-top through which you can view the Aegean sky, iPOD/iPhone dock, furnished balcony or terrace with breathtaking sea views.

Suites

Ample Queen bedroom, very spacious living room, bathroom with either a shower or Jacuzzi, iPOD/iPhone dock, Hi-Fi system, furnished balcony or terrace with marvelous sea views.

Kivotos VIP Suites

Celebrities and famous artists such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Calvin Klein, Demis Roussos and Karolina Kurkova as well as many others have all much enjoyed their stay in those signature Suites.
Those three VIP Suites feature a King bedroom, a stylish and very spacious living area and two bathrooms one of them with Jacuzzi.
Balconies or terraces are furnished with sofas and offer direct eye-catching sea views.

Apocalypse 2 bedroom VIP Suite

This VIP Suite can be used in one of the two following ways:

a) Two interconnecting queen bedrooms, featuring two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi.
b) One ample queen bedroom with a separate but interconnecting large living room, featuring two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi.

The furnished balconies offer some marvelous sea views.

Atlantis 2 bedroom VIP Suite with private pool

The Atlantis VIP Suite can be used in one of the two following ways:

a) Two interconnecting queen bedrooms, featuring two bathrooms, both of them with Jacuzzi.
b) One ample queen bedroom with a separate but interconnecting large living room, featuring two bathrooms, both of them with Jacuzzi.

The furnished terrace at the private pool�s level offers beautiful sea views.

NOAH�S VILLA waterfront with private pool

Noah�s Villa is an intimate luxury villa built in three levels which provides its guests with extreme privacy. Its unique location so close to the water offers some breathtaking sea views.

The villa is separately located from all the other rooms and suites and it consists of three floors.

� On the ground floor you will find a lounge area with a mini gym, sauna, a bathroom and a shower with a glass wall. The heated private pool begins from the outside and ends to inside the villa.

� On the first floor, where the King bedroom is located you will also find a Jacuzzi bathroom with direct views on the sea and a furnished balcony.

� The second floor is ideal for candlelight dinners or private small gatherings as it features a long antique dinning table and a bar for cocktail drinks. Also located on the same floor, is a fully equipped kitchen for butler service and a bathroom with shower.

Noah�s villa has 3 different entries/exits (one in each floor), an elevator to move to each floor (no interior staircase) and a private, mystical access to the Spa centre of the hotel. 

Maximum occupancy 6 persons if all three floors are being set up as three separate bedrooms � This type of accommodation is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
